The newspaper has the option of selling either one or both levels of service. With ClassAdd Premium your classified customer receives all the features of ClassAdd Basic plus an access code that enables them to use voice mail and change their preferences without operator assistance (customer self-service). ClassAdd Premium includes: Toll Free or Local Access Number* Unique, Personal Extension Number* Option to "turn off" number after the sale* Security Code Option to change their ring-to number at any time Voice Mail *Features available with ClassAdd Basic Retrieving voice mail messages and the option to change the ring-to number is accessed via an IVR (interactive voice response) system using a unique security code for access.
